Welcome to Legrand Prep. By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or using our services, you (“Client,” “Parent,” “Student,” or “User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully.
Legrand Prep provides academic instruction and standardized test preparation services, including but not limited to:
All services are educational in nature.
Participation in any Legrand Prep program does not guarantee specific SAT scores, admissions decisions, or scholarship outcomes. Student progress depends on factors including prior preparation, consistency of effort, adherence to program structure, and completion of assigned work.
Advancement within certain programs may depend on demonstrated mastery rather than time enrolled.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Depending on the program, payment may be required:
By submitting payment, the Client agrees to these Terms.
Late or missed payments may result in:
Legrand Prep reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid balances.
Payments processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Affirm) are also subject to those providers’ terms.
All payments made to Legrand Prep are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Enrollment in digital programs, structured academic programs, subscription programs, or mastery-based training systems is non-refundable once a billing cycle or program access has begun, regardless of:
Enrollment constitutes agreement to the program structure and associated financial obligations.
All content created by Legrand Prep — including but not limited to:
— is the exclusive intellectual property of Legrand Prep.
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal academic use only.
Clients and students may not reproduce, distribute, resell, license, or incorporate Legrand Prep materials into other educational services.
Access to Legrand Prep platforms and materials is limited to the enrolled student or household.
Sharing login credentials or distributing program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Legrand Prep reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation for any student who:
Removal due to conduct violations does not entitle the Client to a refund.
Sessions may be recorded for instructional, review, or quality purposes.
Brief excerpts may be used for promotional content. Full session recordings and sensitive personal information will not be publicly shared.
Clients may opt out of promotional usage by contacting:
Clients are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and necessary devices.
Legrand Prep is not liable for disruptions caused by user-side technical issues.
Legrand Prep may modify curriculum, structure, scheduling, or instructional methods to improve educational effectiveness. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund.
Legrand Prep reserves the right to assign qualified instructors as needed. Instructor substitutions do not constitute grounds for refund.
Clients agree to contact Legrand Prep directly before initiating a chargeback.
If a chargeback is resolved in favor of Legrand Prep, the Client agrees to reimburse all associated costs, including processing fees, administrative costs, legal fees, and collection expenses.
Legrand Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Legrand Prep may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
The SAT Training Lab is a mastery-based academic training program, not a drop-in tutoring subscription.
Enrollment requires a minimum twelve (12) week commitment (three consecutive billing cycles).
Cancellation during the initial 12-week commitment period does not eliminate remaining payment obligations for that period.
Cancellation prevents future renewals beyond the commitment period but does not retroactively cancel prior billing cycles.
The SAT Training Lab operates under a demonstrated mastery progression model.
Students must meet published advancement criteria before progressing.

Students who progress without meeting advancement requirements may receive:
This structure exists to protect academic integrity and ensure meaningful skill development.
Legrand Prep does not guarantee specific SAT score outcomes.
Advancement within the SAT Training Lab is based on demonstrated mastery, not time enrolled.
Enrollment in The SAT Training Lab constitutes acknowledgment that the Client understands and agrees to the 12-week minimum commitment and mastery-based advancement structure.
24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Payment plans must be completed regardless of session attendance.
Enrollment reserves a seat in a limited-capacity program.
Missed sessions are not refundable.
Recordings may be provided at Legrand Prep’s discretion.
SAT Edge is a five-month hybrid SAT preparation program combining group instruction with individualized coaching support.
The SAT Edge program includes:
Group sessions are scheduled weekly according to the program calendar.
Students are eligible for one individual session per month during the five-month program.
Students are responsible for scheduling these sessions using the scheduling system provided.
Legrand Prep does not guarantee reminders or follow-up scheduling.
Individual sessions expire at the end of each month if they are not scheduled and used during that month.
Unused sessions do not roll over to future months and are not refundable.
Students are responsible for attending scheduled group sessions and scheduling their monthly individual sessions.
Failure to attend group sessions or failure to schedule monthly individual sessions does not entitle the Client to refunds, credits, or additional sessions.
